PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)
Stallholders must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance Policy for an amount no less than $20,000,000 andnote the interests of the Professional Fishers Association whilst conducting their activities on land controlled or theresponsibility of Professional Fishers Association. Evidence of this insurance must be provided on request to theappropriate event coordinator in the form of a Certificate of Currency or Schedule of Insurance and this may bereviewed by the Professional Fishers Associations appointed insurance broker regarding the adequacy of such insurance.
MOBILE FOOD VENDOR (MFV) REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

All food vendors please note:
- a copy of your NSW Food Authority licence or local council approval must be on display in your stall
- If selling cooked food, you must ensure at least one Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) is on-site.
- Food Vendors must have at least one 20B (E) Dry Chemical Powder (or equivalent) fire extinguisher.
- All food vendors must compy with current food and safety regulations.

SELECTION CRITERIA / PRODUCTS
The approval process for stallholder selection will be based on the below criteria and those who can meet the brief and criteria will be given preference. Please provide details to demonstrate how you meet the criteria.
Appropriateness of products to the event in the selection process is to enhance the unique experience of the consumer - i.e. regional produce or food options, unique quality home-grown and/or hand-made items.

Exclusivity
Professional Fishers Association NSW cannot guarantee product/services exclusivity to any stallholder as we aim to enhance attendee experience, but will endeavour to provide a variety of vendors to suit the demographic of the event. The number of stall sites my be limited according to the specific requirements and restrictions of the the event location. Sites will not be offered to stallholders who have outstanding payment or unresolved issues regarding previous Taste of Seafood Festivals.
